Ebuka Uchendu, a well-known Nigerian media figure, TV host, and Big Brother Naija host, has firmly pushed Nigerian musicians to promote domestic companies.

He did not, however, elaborate on his desire because Nigerians have so far overwhelmingly responded to his wish.
He said that he had only advised them to support their own brands rather than indulge in the tastes of international ones.
He stated in his tweet:
“Dear Naija artistes, support ‘Made in Nigeria’ brands”
Dear Naija artistes, support 'Made in Nigeria' brands 🙏🏾
